Advertiser Purchase Agreement
Terms Of Service


Please read over these terms very carefully as it is a BINDING LEGAL AGREEMENT between you,
the purchaser/advertiser, and us, Marketerszone.

As an advertiser with Marketerszone and by placing an order from our website, you are
acknowledging that you have read and agree to the terms below.

Purchaser's Agreement:

By purchasing an advertising campaign from Marketerszone  you are confirming that you have
read and agree to the following terms of service:

In no way can Marketerszone be held liable for the success or outcome of your advertisements.

The success of your advertising campaign depends solely on you and/or your offers.

Valid Email addresses are required for delivery of our confirmation eMails. This will ensure that
you receive a copy of your ad when it runs.

No refunds on canceled ads due to bounced, false addresses! No exceptions.

All advertising orders placed and received by Marketerszone are NON-REFUNDABLE and FINAL.
This is because once your advertisement order is placed, we immediately secured a "run date" for
your placement. Once a "run date" ("availability") has been filled, we may NOT be able to replace
that advertising position to which your order was exclusively assigned. You may however, submit
advertisement copy changes (modifications) up to 48 hours prior to your advertisement's
scheduled run.

Promotional offers are available from time to time. Whenever a promotional offer is made
available, ANY/or ALL other promotional offers at that time are NULL and VOID. All promotional
offers are provided solely at the discretion of Marketerszone.

You understand that we do NOT allow any deceptive content (messages) implied or otherwise to
be included with any advertising campaign. That is, we will NOT accept any advertisement that
makes any attempt to defraud any Internet Service Provider (ISP) in any way.

We will also NOT accept any advertising materials which are of adult, racial or hate nature or
offencive in any way. If you purchase advertising for these kinds of sites you will NOT be refunded

All ad campaigns will run within 14 days of order. How long the campaign lasts depends on the
type of service ordered. Most campaigns are completed within 30 days.

It is advised that you use some kind of tracker as your link in your ad so you know exactly how
many hits you are getting from our services. We recommend Protrackerplus

IN NO EVENT WILL Marketerszone  BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, COMPENSATORY DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA
OR ANY FORM OF SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE
DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHETHER BASED ON BREACH OF CONTRACT OR WARRANTY, TORT
(INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF Marketerszone,  IS
INFORMED IN ADVANCE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.


You also understand that this is a legally binding agreement between YOU, Marketerszone,

Any violators of this term will have their ad campaign immediately pulled from our team and will be
permanently banned from future use of our advertising services.
